Nicholas brings over 15 years of experience across the strata facilities management, construction, IT and fire protection industries. That breadth gives Sydney Fire & Safety a practical, whole-of-building perspective on compliance — understanding not just fire safety measures, but how they fit into the day-to-day running of strata schemes, commercial buildings and facilities.
He holds a full NSW Builder's Licence and a Diploma in Fire Protection, and is an Accredited Practitioner in Fire Safety, authorised to endorse Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) on behalf of building owners and strata managers across Sydney.
